2009-06-10 23:41:08 I thought that as I'd read so many books that referred to this one, it was about time I read the famous book itself. I found it interesting, but it's not easy to read if you're tired - it needs full concentration and took me much longer than most books. The fascinating thing about the book is that the theory is full colour - it's detailed and precise, and much as we know it today. It is remarkable that it was described without any knowledge of genetics, which would have made the whole process so much easier to envisage and describe.
If you're interested in genetics and inheritance, you need to read this book! —AnnetteRand
